Each organisation usually has a set of pillars, those whose stand and keep the structure up and about. They can be simple seen as the founders or the furniture. With vested interest over the long term, they live to build a bigger vision of the world around them. They are the people who make us rise in the morning to a larger idea. Those who stay positive even though things may seem gloomy- the leaders of age. 

The challenge to Xennials, Millennial and Generation-z is whether we, can truly continue to build on the leadership of before. Can we exceed our peers and be the next set of corner stones? I believe this to be true: Change is inevitable, principles are lasting……
