Design is the basis of UX, which means that the following principles are important: Research, Ergonomics, Planning, Aesthetics and understanding how your product is constructed. UX task approach is often times a combination of research, wireframing, information architecture, design, and prototyping.
But why apply UX as a methodology within agile? UX principles and methods give products the edge of competitive advantage. A product that functions well and is aesthetically pleasing, will always drive innovation. The art and science of UX is, therefore, that of a digital innovation – a tool that will drive ROI, no matter what the scenario. In conclusion, one might say that the future methodology and approach of UX has arrived. The future is research, design, and results! The future is UX.
